Nóirin Lynch is a singer and songwriter based in Spanish Point on the west coast of Clare. Known for her distinctive voice and deep love of the Irish folk tradition, she brings both ancient songs and original compositions to life with warmth and authenticity.
Joe Kearney from Gortavoher near Shanaglish is a beloved regular at the monthly singing sessions in Whelan’s pub. A gifted storyteller with a rich, unmistakable accent, Joe’s colourful yarns—such as “The Sugar Bowl” and “Tadhg Beag”—are treasured examples of a fading oral tradition, delivered with humour and flair.

A passionate teacher and solo performer, she now shares her love of traditional song through workshops and her teaching role at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance in Limerick.
