Conor Crimmins, Tara Breen, Dermot Sheedy & Seán O’Meara come together as a powerhouse quartet, blending traditional Irish music with vibrant contemporary energy.
Conor Crimmins, a talented flute and whistle player from County Clare, has built a reputation for his progressive and exploratory performances, drawing on a wide range of musical influences. He has gigged extensively and features on several acclaimed recordings, including work with Avalla, Arum, Strangeboy, and The Jeremiahs.
Joining him is Tara Breen, one of the most celebrated fiddle players of her generation. Also hailing from Clare, Tara has achieved international recognition for her masterful command of traditional Irish music, performing with the iconic groups Stockton’s Wing and The Chieftains.
Guitarist, banjo player, and singer Marty Barry from Banbridge, Co. Down, brings his own rich musical background to the group, having studied at the University of Limerick and toured across Europe, Australia, and China. Marty has recently contributed to albums by Caitlín Nic Gabhann, Ciarán Ó Maonaigh, and others.
Completing the lineup is Dermot Sheedy, a bodhrán player and drummer from Clare, who began playing at the age of six and is now a professional musician with over a decade of experience. A member of the acclaimed band Hermitage Green, Dermot has toured globally and contributed to two top-five albums. Together, these artists form a dynamic ensemble rooted in tradition and fuelled by innovation.
